DAVID S. GRASSO is the founder of the firm who concentrates in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis in trial practice.  Mr. Grasso also handles real estate (residential and commercial) and various criminal defense matters including all vehicle and traffic charges and alcohol related offenses.

In his two decades of practice, he has handled many complex civil litigation matters as both a prosecuting and defense attorney. Mr. Grasso is an experienced trial attorney, appearing in New York State Supreme Court, the US District Court for the Northern District of New York and the Court of Claims.

Presently, Mr. Grasso devotes the majority of his time representing clients injured as a result of work site accidents, dog bites, premises liability, medical malpractice, automobile/trucking accidents, and slip and falls.

Mr. Grasso graduated from LeMoyne College in 1989 and received his law degree, Cum laude, from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school he was assistant editor on the Cooley Law Review and was a Regional Finalist in the American Bar Association National Negotiation Competition. Mr. Grasso is admitted before all Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Mr. Grasso is a frequent lecturer on the issues of trial practice and civil litigation for the New York State Bar Association and other providers of continuing legal education. Over his career, Mr. Grasso has served as a Director and member of the Executive Committee for the Onondaga County Bar Association and most recently as a member of the Judicial Screening Committee of the Oswego County Bar Association.   He is married with three children and resides in Liverpool, New York and can often be found volunteering his time lecturing at local schools about the practice of law, maintaining baseball/softball fields and coaching youth baseball and softball.
